• MBS acts solely as an introducer and does not provide, guarantee, or endorse the services of any Supplier.
• MBS is not responsible for any work, service, or product provided by a Supplier.
• Any dispute, claim, or issue arising from work, products, or services obtained via the Website must be resolved directly between the Customer and the Supplier.
• MBS will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or financial loss incurred as a result of engaging with a Supplier.
4. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
• In the event of a dispute between a Customer and a Supplier, MBS may, at its discretion, offer mediation to help resolve the matter.
• MBS’s role in mediation is limited to facilitating communication and does not imply any legal or financial responsibility for the outcome.
• MBS has no obligation to compensate or reimburse either party for any loss or dissatisfaction with a service or product provided by a Supplier.
5. WARRANTIES & REPRESENTATIONS
• While MBS takes reasonable steps to vet Suppliers based on reputation and customer feedback, we do not guarantee their ongoing performance, pricing, or service levels.
• MBS does not provide any warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, or quality of any Supplier listed on the Website.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MBS shall not be liable for:
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damages arising from the use of the Website or engagement with a Supplier.
• Any errors or omissions in information provided about Suppliers.
• Any loss resulting from a Supplier’s failure to deliver services, meet quality expectations, or honor special offers.
